I am so excited to announce that there is a great alternative for pasta and that is the Konaberry Noodles. These are Gluten Free, have Zero net carbs, no fat and is very low calorie to help you with your weight loss. I love pasta and that’s one of the things I miss the most while on this weight loss program. Best of all, these do not have empty calories, they’re actually really good for you and they taste good too!

These noodles are actually tasteless by itself. However, they take on the flavor of whatever you’ve put them with. This and the texture is what sets these apart from the rest. Crunchy when eaten raw, an excellent noodle for those Raw Vegans out there. Soft, when cooked.
So Healthy for you!
Read the nutritional facts. Just amazing!
To purchase Konaberry Noodles, you can find them on Amazon
Or if you’re in a hurry and just can’t wait, you can find them at a Wholefoods store, in the refrigerated section.
There are two ways to prepare Konaberry
One, just boil some water and throw in the Konaberry and check for the consistency that you like. Then Strain and put your sauce over it.
If you’re having soup then just throw them in the pot with the rest of your ingredients while cooking but don’t forget to drain and rinse them first.
I’ve put them in my Chicken soup. Also, I use them in my Homemade Ramen Soup:
HOMEMADE RAMEN SOUP
Place 2 Cups of Beef Broth in a pot and add half a pkg. of Konaberry. Let it boil then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Place broth and noodles in a serving bowl
Then add whatever you like. I add grilled chicken strips, egg, steamed vegetables, green onions and also a sprig of lime juice.
You can also add, Sesame Oil, Hoisin Sauce, Siracha, whatever yo like in your Ramen Soup.
Stir-fry noodles are also a good way to cook these. Like Pansit, a Filipino dish. Just cook your Konaberry before hand then stir-fry your meat and veggies then add your noodles. There are many recipes you can find on Pinterest for Pansit. Pansit is a signature dish of the Philippines that mostly everybody loves, no matter where you’re from.
You can also eat these raw. A lot of Raw Vegans use these for noodles. They are most nutritious when eaten raw.
Raw Vegan Alfredo Sauce Over Konaberry
This picture shows the Mushroom Alfredo over Kelp Noodles that I prepared when we used to be Raw Vegans. The Konaberry Noodles are actually better with this as they are fatter, more flavorful noodles.
1 Cup Macadamia Nuts – Soaked in filtered water in the fridge for 12 hours
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Chick Pea Miso
In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Remove Konaberry from packaging, place in strainer and rinse with filtered water. Cut to desired length then place on plate.
Pour Alfredo Sauce on top of the noodles
Chop up some Portabella Mushrooms, Red Bell Pepper and Green Onions then sprinkle onto of Alfredo Sauce and Konaberry.
Enjoy!
