The Best Electric Power Banks For Emergencies Or Off-Gridding

Electric power banks are a must these days especially for emergencies or when you’re off the grid. You’ll find a selection here to meet your power needs whether you need it for tail-gating, camping, your cabin in the woods, or like me, I use it for my Off-Grid cottage in Sonoita, Arizona.

I got my Goal Zero Yeti 1400 a couple of years ago to use at my cottage that I mention above, and it’s one of the best investments I’ve made.

I keep it plugged in at home to keep it charged up, then when we head out to our off-grid property, we’ll take it with us.

With it we can watch tv, use our microwave, plug our phones in, make coffee and even plug in our power tools when we’re building something.

I also love the fact that I have it here at home for when the lights go out. It’s perfect to keep the fridge running so food won’t go bad.

If you choose to, you can also buy solar panels to hook up to your power station to keep it charged. This is perfect if you’re going camping for several days or to keep at your off grid cabin.

The best part is that it’s quiet. There’s no sound. Not like a gas generator that emit smelly fumes and is so loud. I mean, you can hide out in the woods or the desert, far from civilization for as long as you want without anyone knowing!
